Grade Level: 9-12
Students use a medicine ball and throw back and forth over a net(make sure it is a strong net, or use a slack line across a set of standards instead). There is one team on either side of the net. The goal is to catch the medicine ball after it is thrown over the net. Each time the ball is not caught, the team who threw it gains a point. Can play to 10/15/or 21.
